Terms and conditions for daily and monthly based rate:
Driver: For the safety reason and to avoid unnecessary problem, we provide vehicle with driver.
Fuel: Rental car is based on dry lease. All vehicles are supplied with full tank of petrol or diesel and user is liable to return the vehicle with full tank.
Payment: The estimated rental charge for the period of use and a refundable deposit is payable on taking delivery of the vehicle. Final adjustment shall be made on completion of the rental period. Major Cards like VISA and MASTER are accepted.
Extension of Rental: Extension of rental must be arranged in advance before the termination date and required additional rental charge should be paid.
Fees: The user will be responsible for all parking charges, traffic fees incurred during the period of vehicle used.
Loss & damages: We take all the responsibilities for any kind of losses and damages of vehicle to avoid the hassle to the customer.
Over time charges: Normal duty hour for above are 0900 hours to 1700 hours (08 hours). Before 0900 and after 1700 hours will be count as over time.
Over time rate is USD 2/hour for Sedan cars and 4 WD vehicles, USD 5/hour for Coasters and for Luxury tourist buses.
Overnight Charges: In case of night stay at out of Kathmandu then travel allowance (hotel, meal) will apply for Driver at the rate of USD 20 per day.
Off Road: Sedan car is strictly not allowed to use on off road.

Fuel: Above rates are inclusive of fuel.
Payment: Rental charge is payable in an advance on taking delivery of the vehicle. Major Cards like VISA and MASTER are accepted.
Fees: rent a car company will be responsible for all parking charges, traffic fees incurred during the period of vehicle used.
Loss & damages: rent a car company will take all the responsibilities for any kind of losses and damages of vehicle to avoid the hassle to the customer.
Use of Air-condition: Above mentioned rates are non air condition based, so in case of use of air- condition, there will be an extra charge of 20% in above amount.
Airport pick up: 02 hours
Kathmandu Sightseeing: 0900 ~ 1700 (08 hours)
Over time charges: If the uses of vehicle are differ than specified duty hour, and then extra hours will be count as overtime. Overtime rates are USD 6/hour for sedan cars, USD 12/hour for 4WD vehicles/ Hiace and USD 20/hour for Coaster respectively.
